Nova Consulting employs several hundred experts, both senior and junior, from various nationalities. These professionals are predominantly technical specialists, including engineers, agronomists, geologists, hydraulic engineers, economists, lawyers, accountants, architects, educators, project administrators, consultants, and experts in fields such as transport, international trade, public finance, and information systems. We also have specialists in investment promotion.

Many of these experts come from the countries where Nova Consulting conducts its projects. Their in-depth knowledge of local contexts significantly enriches our work, and their specific expertise is also sought in other regions, thereby contributing to the global reach of our impact.

OUR PERSONEL

At the headquarters of Nova Consulting, we employ a team of around twenty people with proven expertise in managing international projects. More than half of these employees are technical specialists—such as engineers, economists, and lawyers—responsible for overseeing contracts and providing expert services. The other members include contract managers and support staff, such as IT specialists and logisticians.

Every member of our coordination team is proficient in the legal, financial, and cultural aspects of international work. All are fully bilingual in French and English, and many also speak other languages such as German, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. This enables us to navigate effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
